One firestarter package contains twelve (12) pods. Use one pod to assist in starting fires in contained areas (fire pits, chimneys). Firestarters are made from recycled cardboard egg cartons, dryer linter, soy wax, and shredded paper. Our paper comes from the paper shredding that we provide to the community as a way to give back.
 
Please read all safety precautions before using. Pods are flammable, please use caution when lighting. Our fire starters are not to be used as candles. Fire starters are intended to help start fires in contained areas with proper ventilation such as fire pits and chimneys. 
Directions: Place one fire-starting pod on the flat surface of a safe, contained area. Arrange kindling and firewood on top of pod. Ensure there is enough space around fire starter for proper airflow. Light one area of the exposed paper on the fire starter pod. Flame will spread to kindling on its own.
 
CAUTION: Highly flammable. Do not leave near open flames. Injury may occur. Do not use with accelerants.
Do not light pod in your hand.
Do not move lit fire starter. Do not consume.
